Welcome to Rogue Remarks Clothing Co.! We work with Printify, a print-on-demand provider, to create and ship your orders. Below is our detailed shipping policy:

1. Processing Time

Each item is made to order. Once your order is placed, it will typically be processed and ready for shipping within 2–5 business days.

2. Shipping Availability

We currently only ship to customers located in the United States.

3. Shipping Times

Shipping times within the United States vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Below are estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by the shipping carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are always FREE!

5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at rogueremarks@yahoo.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or providing a refund.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to us at rogueremarks@yahoo.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Once production begins, address changes cannot be accommodated.

8. Limitations

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. If you reside outside our shipping regions, we regret that we cannot fulfill your order at this time.
